At Sharviluxe, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you according to the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Product is unused and unwashed
  • Product is in original packaging
  • All tags and labels are intact
  • Product is not damaged due to customer handling

Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers must record a clear video while opening the package (unboxing video) at the time of delivery.

This video is required to verify issues such as:

  • Damaged product
  • Missing product
  • Incorrect product received

⚠️ Return or refund requests may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Claims made without unboxing video proof

Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team within 5 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product images
  • Unboxing video

Once the request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time is 5–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear product images
  • Packaging images
  • Unboxing video

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Return Rejection

Sharviluxe reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
